400gr chicken that has been ground
150gr of sago flour
1 egg whites
2 tsp oyster sauce
3 tbs sesame oil
50 g carrot, thought
pepper and seasoning to taste
dim sum skin
How to make :
1. Mix all ingredients evenly.
2. Prepare the skin for dim sum then add the dim sum filling.
3. Form into dumplings, do it until the dough runs out.
4. Steamed for 20 minute.
5. Chicken dimsum is ready to be served as your #sweet companion
