100gr Tapioca Flour
500ml Air
1 Onion Leaf Stems
Flavoring
Chili Powder
3 Garlic Cloves
5 Cayenne pepper

How to make :

1. Mix tapioca flour with 500ml water.
2. Mix well, add scallions, flavoring, and chili powder, set aside.
