Sweet this time Mindia will share the Cireng Fill recipe which can be used as a companion to drink tea. Check out the recipe below.

Ingredient :
150gr Tapioca Flour
75g Wheat Flour
Flavoring
Hot water

Stuffing :
Red onion
Garlic
Cayenne pepper
Flavoring
Sausage/meatball
Onion leaves

How to make:

  1. Saute the stuffing first
  2. Mix tapioca flour and seasoning
  3. Add hot water little by little, knead until it can be formed.
  4. Divide the dough into several parts, Flatten the dough and then put the stuffing, cover it again with the dough.
  5. Fry until golden.
  6. Cireng Isi is ready to be enjoyed as your #Sweet Companion
